Open a new page in the size of 650 x 650 in

 transparency

Copy
USA GIRL - frame4
Paste as new layer
Change image size to 90%
Move it in the middle
From your picture

 

3.

Copy
Go to your wand
And click once in the middle
From your frame
Change selection enlarge by 10px
Copy
USA GIRL - p10
Paste as new layer
Move it under your frame
Invert selection
Press on your button
DEL button
Deselect

Change image size to 85%
Move it under Raster3
